Product Description
Because carbon steel valves have good performance in general and strong resistance to stress caused by thermal expansion, impact load and pipeline deformation, the scope of application of carbon steel valves is enlarged, usually including the working conditions of cast iron valves and bronze valves. It is suitable for medium and high pressure valves with working temperatures ranging from - 29-- 425 C. Among them, 16Mn and 30Mn are often used as substitutes for ASTM A105 when their temperature ranges from -40 to 400. The suitable medium is saturated steam and superheated steam. High and low temperature oil products, liquefied gas, compressed air, water, natural gas, etc.
Valve Body And Valve Seat
The valve assembly includes valve body, valve cap, valve rubber, valve seat, righting support, and valve spring. Valve body and seat are made of alloy steel, heat-treated strictly, with high facial hardness and good internal tenacity, anti-fatigue, impact resistance, and tight angle matching. The valve rubber is made of wear-resistance material, such as oil-proof rubber and epoxy resin. There are all kinds of specifications and types such as SH300 vehicle, AC-400B, 400C, ACF-700B, 350 type 35-15, international vehicle, 70-265 pump, 1000 type mud pump.
