Benefit - Easily replaced, not a seal from factory only
4)Molded Gasket for positive outside seal on discharge, plus O-Ring or gasket glued in place for seal on inside of casing.Benefit - Glued gasket does not fall off during installation.
5) Solid Brass, No Lead Brass or BRONZE ,DAR
made for perfect fit and positive seal with molded gasket between discharge and outside of casing
6)Benefit - Ensures sanitary watertight seal to casing.
7) Extra-Wide Solid Brass, No-Lead Brass or Bronze and Dzr Nut .Benefit - To accommodate wrench for easier installation.
1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is2,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your tria order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL.If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 7-10 days, subject to your designs whether they need new MOLD, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to yourequest
4.How long is the production lead time
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc.We will make drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
6.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and 70% against copy of T/T.We also accept paypel and western &union .
